Health wise, this year has been filled with tummy issues, poor energy levels and allergies for me.
So much so, I am going to try a different approach to my health in 2019. Starting with my diet!
Firstly, I know I need to cut out wheat, I know I could do with putting on a few pounds and I know I need to ditch the caffeine.
So, to kick start 2019, I am going to go Vegan for the month.
I am already a pescatarian (I dont eat meat, only fish) so it can’t be that hard, surely? Although I tried a few years back and failed.
I know I am starting this journey for my health, but there are many reasons people decide to try vegan.
for most, a love of animals is the catalyst. Some people want to feel better about themselves and the impact they make on the world.
Others would like to set themselves a challenge.
Some combine Veganuary with their ‘New Year’s Resolutions’ and see trying vegan as the healthiest start to the year.
