I have always taking care of my diet; now that I am a mum I am even more conscious and concerned over the food that my family eat.
Whether we admit it or not, we are all guilty of snacking now and then. I tend to snack on fruit however, I often crave a packet of crisps.
We were recently sent some healthy snacks to review.

Sea Salt Lentil Chips
The chips were a big hit with myself and my husband, at 40% less fat than the average pack of crisps we could indulge without the guilt! They are gluten free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Quinoa Sun dried Tomato and Roasted Garlic Chips
The chips tasted delicious, they were very flavoursome! Just make sure you have mints handy as they leave you with garlic breath! They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Hummus Sea Salt Chips
Again with 40% less fat, these chips were a hit with me. They were crunchy with a delicate sea salt taste. They are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Kale Tomato, Spinach and Potato Straws
Aimed at children, I must admit having a spinach flavour I thought my boys would turn their nose up at them. How mistaken I was! My boys thoroughly enjoyed the straws, so much so that my son has asked for them to be in his lunch box for school.
