Looking for an eggcellent way to kick off the Easter holidays? Giovanni’s Restaurants are hosting a cracking Easter egg hunt across Cardiff’s city centre in collaboration with Claire’s, The Entertainer, Urban Outfitters any many more.
This is no ordinary easter egg hunt, though. Colourful eggs will be stuck in shop windows for you to find using a map purchased at Giovanni’s Restaurant in Park Place for £1. All the money raised on the maps will go into GIOS fundraising organisation and donated to charity.
The aim of the challenge is to take a picture with as many eggs as possible and upload them to Twitter or Facebook with the hashtag #GiosEggHunt. The more egg selfies you upload, the more prizes you win. It’s a doddle.
The owner of Giovanni’s Restaurants, Giovanni Malacrino said: “This event is a great way to get the whole community involved in something fun for charity. Our GIOS fundraising organisation was set up to donate money to different local charities, which is why all the money we raise on this event will go into it.”
Giovanni’s Easter Egg hunt is taking place between Monday the 2nd and Wednesday 4th of April. To take part, head into Giovanni’s in Park Place during those days and purchase your map.
