This summer we’re on a mission to clock up 24 hours of physical activity together between June and September. This summer Disney invites everyone to take part in the 24 Hour Challenge, a FREE family-friendly challenge. The Welsh Mummy Blogs family are really excited to be part of this amazing challenge, we are signed up and ready to get active.
It is really easy for you and your family to get involved, anyone can take part. As long as everyone does the activities together. Your team can include 2 – 10 people.
Show the world how super your team is by clocking up 24 hours of physical activity together!!
Disney have provided 24 Incredibles 2 inspired missions to get you started, but you can clock up your 24 hours doing whatever physical activity you choose. The most important thing is that you get your bodies moving, your heartrate up and/or build your physical skills together.
Worried you wont complete the 24hrs challenge? This is your personal challenge so don’t let that stop you from trying. Just do your best and enjoy your time together!

You can clock up your 24 hours by doing activities you already enjoy (like walking, swimming, playing in the park), use our incredible missions as inspiration, or try something new! Every minute you spend being active together counts – the most important thing is that you do it together and have fun.
As part of the challenge you can also fundraise to help Unicef build a better world for children. There is no minimum amount but we suggest aiming for at least £10. Learn how £10 could help children.
